Tesamorelin
Designed to stimulate the natural production of growth hormone.
It works 'from the brain': it stimulates a signal that tells the body to produce more growth hormone (GH) naturally.
What is it?
A peptide that mimics the action of GHRH (growth hormone-releasing hormone) and stimulates the pituitary gland to produce more GH, while respecting the body's natural regulatory mechanisms. It does not supply GH: it prompts the body to make its own.
How does it work?
It sends a signal to the pituitary gland, which increases the release of GH; as a result, IGF-1 levels also rise, a hormone linked to tissue growth and repair.

Observed results
Results may vary from person to person and depend on the context of the study.
- Reduction of visceral fat in the populations studied
- Increase in GH and IGF-1
- Favorable changes in body composition
- No significant increase in subcutaneous fat in several studies
What it does NOT do
- It does not replace GH in every situation
- It does not produce instant results
- It does not substitute for good nutrition or exercise
- It does not guarantee the same effects for everyone

Quick summary
Unlike administering GH directly, it stimulates the natural signal the brain sends to the pituitary gland to produce it.
